Terms Of Service

●︎ If you are interested in commissions, contact me on: Telegram, Discord, VKontakte, FurAffinity
●︎ You ought to be able to respond to me within 2 days. If you can't do that right away, let me know when you'll be available to go over all the details of the commission.
●︎ If you remain silent for more than 2 days, I will close the commission, given that it hasn't been paid for yet. Otherwise, I will finish the art anyway without the possibility of correction.
●︎ Honesty is of utmost importance. If you don't like something — feel free to let me know. My goal is to make the art the way you want to see it.

●︎ I have NO set deadlines. The process of accepting and starting any type of work can take from 1-2 weeks to 6 months (or, in rare cases, more).
●︎ Private commissions require no additional fee.
●︎ If this is a time-sensitive gift, then I can postpone the publication of the work until a certain date.
●︎ I'd like to ask you not to bombard me with corrections. Make sure to specify everything in one go on the first sketch stage. You have the right to apply up to 5 free corrections, afterwards it costs +5 USD for each additional one.
Exceptions include: references, design.
●︎ I don't accept corrections that result in changing my STYLE, not just character errors.

●︎ The price of the background is to be discussed.
●︎ Edits after the start of the shade process are to be turned down.
Exceptions include: if the correction is small (e.g. change of color or other little details, which does not include change of the line-work).
●︎ You will receive progress reports of the work at the following stages: rough sketch, clear sketch, color, shade. If you are worried about the commission development, you can ask me about the process. Alternatively, you can check what stage the work is at in my to-do list.

―│In which cases will I refuse to take commissions│―

●︎ If the character's reference is made with shadows that get in the way of figuring out its colors, and without an exact palette.
●︎ If the character's reference is made on paper (traditional style).
●︎ If the customer treats me in an impolite manner.
●︎ If the customer is in a hurry, unless it's a gift.
●︎ If the customer is unable to pay for the commission.
●︎ If the customer ignores me for more than 2 days.

● Payment is accepted through LavaTop or Sber (for customers from Russia).
● Payment via LavaTop includes an additional charge to cover the site's fees. If the total cost of the commission is large, I will suggest paying for it in 2 installments so that the total fee is smaller.
● 100% of the payment is taken after the clear sketch stage. A grace period is due given that there are any problems with payment (1-2 weeks max). In this case, the finished work will not be sent until the payment is made.
● The final price may vary depending on the complexity of the design\color of the character.
● No refunds.

Additional characters require additional payment that is proportional to the size of the added character, where the added character is anyone smaller than the biggest character in the composition.
